Firstly we are the largest private employer here in Worcester, employing around 1100 people here in the City, and access to good quality, reliable labour sources is absolutely key to our continued presence. Secondly, we have access to excellent Engineering Universities in Birmingham, Warwickshire and Leicestershire, which provide us with access to good quality Engineering Internships and with whom we collaborate regularly on academic research. Thirdly, Worcester is located in almost the perfect location from a logistical perspective. We conduct business all over the UK and Ireland, and several studies have confirmed that Worcester is very close to the ideal epicentre to supply all over the UK. ”
